How to fill in the schema

Name the files
Name your file or files like this: Order_number_customer_name_campaign_week/weeks_format_design_number. For example: 72445_StockholmPride_SPFestivalen_25-26_DigitalAdshel_DigitalBillboard_1. The design number is given if you have two or more different designs.

Choose between Create, Digital or Classic.

From
Here you enter your email address.

Bauer Media Outdoor order ID
This is the order ID in the PDF you received when your booking was confirmed.

Advertiser
Enter the name of the advertiser behind the campaign.

Format
Select the format you have chosen for your campaign (if you are unsure, see the PDF you received when your booking was confirmed).

Campaign weeks
Enter the week(s) in which the campaign will run.

Number of different motifs
If you have several different motifs, enter the number of different motifs.

Text
Enter the relevant information:
-distribution of material (where the different motifs will appear, in what order)
-information about the schedule / time periods
-other relevant information you want us to know.
