Bauer Media Outdoor have partnered with Behind the Billboard as the headline sponsor. The podcast celebrates the creativity, craft and culture of outdoor advertising. Hosted by creative leaders Dan Dawson and Hugh Todd, Behind the Billboard gives listeners the inside scoop on the stories behind some of the world’s most iconic outdoor campaigns.  

By sponsoring Behind the Billboard, we are looking forward to championing the power of creative advertising in OOH, building on our Powerful Posters series which provides creative guidance and insight into how to best design for the channel to create effective posters.

Dan Dawson has spent most of his professional life delivering best-in-class creative digital work in OOH advertising markets around the world that has won Pencils, Lions and gongs all over the world. Hugh Todd brings a wealth of experience from some of the world’s leading ad agencies including BBH, where he has created award-winning work including the D&AD-winning Golden Wonder Skins poster and Amnesty’s Departure Board campaign.  

Together, Dan and Hugh deep dive into the world of outdoor advertising, speaking with creatives, photographers, clients, strategists, and media owners to uncover what inspires and motivates them to produce extraordinary work.  

Dan and Hugh, co-hosts at Behind the Billboard, said: “We’re super excited to have Bauer come on board the BtB mothership.
