Joining forces to reach senior executives
Oslo Business Forum is teaming up with Bauer Media Outdoor to attract more senior executives to the conference in September.
"We are very proud of the strategic partnership we have entered into with Bauer Media Outdoor. Bauer Media Outdoor is a very important player in Norwegian business with their ability to reach the audience. By communicating our message via their surfaces, we reach out to large parts of our target group.
- Fredrik C. Paulshus Dehli - partner in Oslo Business Forum
Oslo Business Forum will be visible at the country's airports throughout the spring. In addition, they go on digital screens in the capital in the weeks before and during the conference.
8 out of 10 will see the campaign
Country Manager at Bauer Media Outdoor, Dennis Højland Nyegaard, says that airports are Norway's largest arena for B2B marketing, which is perfect for the Oslo Business Forum. "The arena is brand safe. It gives credibility to stand together with similar brands.
- The airport is a premium arena where the customer expects to see expensive, exclusive and big brands. This associates well with Oslo Business Forum as a brand," explains Nyegaard.
8 out of 10 people notice airport advertising when travelling, according to a recent survey conducted by Opinion on behalf of Bauer Media Outdoor. The survey shows that people in managerial positions are most positive about airport advertising, pay the most attention and take the most actions based on the advertising they have seen. The myth that business travellers go through Fast Track and straight onto the plane is refuted by the survey. It shows that people travelling on business spend the same amount of time at the airport as leisure travellers.
The survey shows that the vast majority of travellers, including executives, arrive one to two hours before departure. This gives Oslo Business Forum's target group plenty of time to familiarise themselves with the campaign and OBF's message, which will hopefully result in new and more participants at the conference.
