Name your files as follows: Order number_Customer name_Campaign week_Format_Design number. For example 72445_OsloPride_25-26_PlayAdshel_PlayBillboard_1. Design number is used when you have several different designs.

This is the Order ID in the PDF that was emailed to you when your booking was confirmed.

Advertiser
Fill in the name of the advertiser behind the campaign.

Format
Select the format you have chosen for the campaign (if you are unsure, see the PDFs you received when your booking was confirmed).

Campaign weeks
Specify which week(s) the campaign will be shown.

Number of different motifs
If you have several different motifs, enter the number.

Text field
Enter relevant information:

• distribution of material (If you have more than one motif in the campaign, act where the different motifs will be shown, in what order)
• information about game schedule, time periods etc
• other relevant information that you want us to know.

It is important that the form is filled out correctly, otherwise there is a risk that we will not find the material.
