Bauer Media Outdoor strengthens the team to optimise the customer journey
Bauer Media Outdoor has spent the last few months hiring new talent to further strengthen the company and optimise the customer journey. With a clear focus on customer satisfaction and proximity to partners, Bauer Media Outdoor has recruited experienced professionals from various industries.

Over the past year, Bauer Media Outdoor has made some changes and adjustments to the Norwegian organisation. Several of the roles that were previously centred in Stockholm under the Scandinavian umbrella are now located in Oslo.
"It's more important than ever to be close to the customer and the market. That's why we've seen a need for some adjustments, and some areas we wanted to improve in order to become an even better partner for our customers and business partners.

Local campaign follow-up
Anne Lier and Alina Konyukhova have been brought in to strengthen the commercial campaign department in Oslo.
Anne Lier, with a background from Bauer Media, P4 Gruppen and Viaplay Group, and Alina Konyukhova, who comes from Varner and Schibsted, will be the new Campaign Managers at Bauer Media Outdoor. Lier brings with her experience in quality assurance of advertising campaigns and will ensure that clients feel cared for and confident that their campaigns are optimised.

Alina Konyukhova, who has worked with Customer Experience and digital advertising, will have the main responsibility for ensuring the delivery of customers' campaigns from start to finish.
- "With two Norwegian campaign managers in place in the Norwegian market, I believe this will simplify the customer journey," says Konyukhova.
Strong belief strengthens the marketing and communications department
Mihai Dumitrescu, with a background from Kantar Media, CAPA Kinoreklame and Posten Kommunikasjon/Bring Dialog, Emilie Andersson, with experience from the marketing department at Dely (formerly Umoe Restaurants), and Aurora Nilsen, with a design background from Bolina and Elle, among others, will together strengthen Bauer Media Outdoor's marketing and communications department.
"Delivering good insights and campaign impact is more important than ever. Bauer Media Outdoor has therefore hired the experienced Mihai who will work closely with customers. Mihai will work with insights that document and highlight the media channel, giving customers a clear understanding of the communication effects.

Emilie will focus on improving communication and expression in all customer touch-points, as well as being responsible for social media, event planning and production of marketing material. "I make sure to improve communication and expression in all touch-points our customers have with us," says Emilie.
Bauer Media Outdoor aims to strengthen its visual profile and delivery to the industry. That's why Aurora, a graphic designer and content producer, was brought in.
"When we work in a visual industry, it's important that we deliver at a very high level visually. I'm looking forward to assisting clients with great images and films that showcase their outdoor campaign the way it deserves to be showcased
Jim and Thomas ensure efficient operations
Jim Kristiansen, with experience from the hotel industry, including Radisson Blu and Thon Hotels, will be the new operations coordinator at Bauer Media Outdoor. He will ensure good dialogue and cooperation with subcontractors, and make sure that both Bauer Media Outdoor and its customers can be proud of the presentation and the end product.
- "I wanted new challenges and a role where I could use my experience and expertise, and I felt that Bauer Media Outdoor could offer me this," says Jim.
Thomas Toft, who also has experience from the hotel industry, including Radisson Red Gardermoen, brings with him valuable experience of dealing with customers and working under stress. He will focus on making Bauer Media Outdoor's showcases and playhouses look presentable and solving problems quickly and efficiently.
- "I feel like I've had a lot of use for the patience and teamwork skills I developed in the hospitality industry when it comes to working with our subcontractors," says Thomas. His main task is to ensure that operations run smoothly, including resolving any problems with posters so that customers get their adverts up on time.
