The biggest players in the Finnish outdoor advertising market launch a new audience measurement system

Bauer Media Outdoor, JCDecaux Finland, Mediateko, MEKS and Outshine have signed a cooperation agreement on an audience measurement project for outdoor advertising.

The project will provide the Finnish media market with a common, real-time audience measurement currency for static and digital outdoor advertising.

The project will start during the summer of 2024, and the audience measurement data will be available to outdoor advertising companies, media agencies and advertisers in 2025. The measurement will be subcontracted to the Danish analytics company AllUnite, which specialises in measuring outdoor advertising.

The project is owned by the five outdoor advertising companies that have signed the contract and coordinated by Media Audit Finland. More information and details on the progress and timing of the project will be available during autumn 2024.
