Important: Submission of static Play Adshel files is a mandatory part of the delivery. Materiel without associated static files will not be accepted for publication.

Digital adshels in groups of 2

Play Oslo Region consists of single screens as well as groups of two. It is therefore possible to submit material for screens that are positioned side by side, making it possible to separate advertisers, messages, and creative expressions.

• Galleri Oslo features digital screens positioned side by side and supports motion content
• Egertorget features digital screens positioned side by side but only permits static content

Ad length

5 or 10 seconds. Please check purchased media space in the order confirmation.

For Play Adshel, always deliver a static image as well.

Settings

Motion:

• Delivered as mov, mp4 or jpg/png (72 dpi) in RGB. For HTML delivery, please see specs here.
• Files must not exceed 8000 KB/S (Constant Bit Rate).
• Max file size: 30 MB.
• Maximum of 25 frames/second.

Static:

• Resolution: 1080×1920 px.
• File format: .jpeg or .png, 300 ppi.

Material deadline

Linear material:

Minimum 3 working days before campaign start.

Dynamic material:

Minimum 10 working days before campaign start.

If the customer intends to advertise together with another brand so-called “co-branding”, we need to be notified of this no later than 4 weeks before the start of the campaign in order to secure delivery of the booked campaign.

Delivery notes

Linear material, name the files as following:

Please name your files like this: Order Number_Customer Name_Campaign Week_Format_Design Number.

Example:

• 72445_OsloPride_25-26_PlayAdshel_1.

Design number is used when you have several different designs.

For material of groups of 2, name the files as following:

Order Number_Customer Name_Campaign Week_PlayAdshel_2_Left and Order Number_Customer Name_Campaign Week_PlayAdshel_2_Right.

Example:

• 72445_OsloPride_25-26_PlayAdshel_2_Left.

Other notes

Please avoid very small text if possible.
