Materials used

Printed on 0.8 mm cardboard with vertical fibre orientation. We recommend Papyrus Excellent cardboard or Excellent Top in the prescribed size. Lined material is not accepted. At the time of material delivery, the total thickness, stiffness and exact format must correspond to the values given above. Labelling‍

All originals should be labelled with Inward/Outward if the sides differ. The marking is placed in the space at the top centre (see picture). Write the labelling in capital letters and so that the text is about 1 cm high at full size.

Material specifications

The window sign is double-sided. The holder covers up to 2 cm of the printing surface at the top. The frame system varies in different carriage types, so leave the background colours and images to stand out.

Material deadline

If you print through us‍

Originals must be sent to us at least 10 working days before the start of the campaign.

If you manage your print purchase yourself‍

At least 10 working days before the start of the campaign, low-resolution PDFs and set-up instructions should be sent by email to: print-se@bauermediaoutdoor.com. Don't forget to mention our order number for the booking.

Finished materials should be delivered to the respective address no later than 6 working days before the start of the campaign.

Delivery of materials

If you print through us:‍

Originals are delivered in full scale according to the format above. Documents should have at least 3 mm bleed (including crop marks). Images should be at least 150 dpi. Use the Coated Fogra39 colour profile (standard in Adobe CS). The format is always printed in CMYK, 4 colours.

Delivery note‍

When delivering printed material, a delivery note should be attached with the following information:

• Date
• From which printing works
• Advertiser/campaign name
• Order number
• Number of posters, packages, motifs
• Format/product

Overprinting‍

In order to allow for maintenance during the campaign period, in addition to the net booked quantity, the delivery of materials must include a 20% overrun. Deviations may occur in special cases. The order confirmation will state the total quantity including overrun.

Delivery inside and leafing‍

When delivering campaigns with several motifs, the material must be leafed. E.g. 1, 2, 1, 2 without interleaving. Some examples of each sign are delivered separately, for testing.

Important delivery conditions‍

Delivery later than the specified date, incorrectly delivered material, incorrect labelling or lack of campaign information, may result in an additional cost to the client and possible delay in set-up. In the event of deviations, a written agreement between the client and Bauer Media Outdoor Sverige AB shall be drawn up.
