Materials used

Printed on 0.8 mm cardboard with vertical fibre orientation. We recommend Papyrus Excellent cardboard or Excellent Top in the prescribed size. Lined material is not accepted. Upon material delivery, the total thickness, stiffness and exact format should correspond to the values given above. In case of doubt, such as when introducing new cartons, our logistics department should be consulted in good time, e-mail address operations-se@bauermediaourdoor.com.

Material specifications

The frame covers up to 1.5 cm of the printing surface at the top and bottom. The frame system varies in different trolley types, so please leave background colours and images blank.

Material deadline

If you print through us

Originals must be sent to us at least 10 working days before the start of the campaign.

If you handle your print purchase yourself

No later than 10 working days before the start of the campaign, low-resolution PDFs and set-up instructions should be sent by email to: print-se@bauermediaoutdoor.com. Don't forget to mention our order number for the booking.

Finished materials should be delivered to the respective address no later than 6 working days before the start of the campaign.

Delivery of materials

If you print through us

Originals are delivered in full scale according to the format above. Documents should have at least 3 mm bleed (including crop marks). Images should be at least 150 dpi. Use the Coated Fogra39 colour profile (standard in Adobe CS). The format is always printed in CMYK, 4 colours.

Delivery note

When delivering printed material, a delivery note should be attached with the following information:

• Date
• From which printer
• Advertiser/campaign name
• Order number
• Number of posters, packages, motifs
• Format/product
• Signature of the advertiser

Delivery inside and leafing

When delivering campaigns with multiple motifs, the material should be motif-leafed. E.g. 1, 2, 1, 2 without interleaving. Some examples of each sign are delivered separately, for testing

Overprinting

To allow for maintenance during the campaign period, in addition to the net booked circulation, the material delivery shall include a 20% overrun. Deviations may occur in special cases. The order confirmation will indicate the total quantity including the overrun.‍

Important delivery conditions

Delivery later than the specified date, incorrectly delivered material, incorrect labelling or lack of campaign information, may entail an additional cost for the customer and possible delay in the set-up. In the event of deviations, a written agreement between the customer and Bauer Media Outdoor Sverige AB shall be drawn up.
