Material specifications

Approval by SL‍

All creative campaigns in the SL environment require approval from SL. Sketches of the campaign are sent according to the specified deadline to the responsible project manager at Bauer Media Outdoor. The sketches must not deviate from the original. In the event of any remarks, sketches must be adjusted and sent again for new approval.

After approval/remark from SL, the agency/client is notified by us. Once the sketches are approved by SL, no changes or adjustments can be made.

Original specification

‍‍Windowsand driver's cabins (at the front and rear of the coach) must not be foiled.
Doors of vehicles shall be in a different colour from the rest of the vehicle (the colour of the doors must differ by 0.4 on the NCS scale). The foil on the doors must not contain text or symbols.
Colour profile: CMYK Fogra 39 or Pantone Solid Coated.
Recommended resolution: Minimum 50 dpi in 1.1 scale.
Vectorised fonts and logos.
Embedded images.
Self-laminating doors.
50 mm top and bottom bleed (1:1 scale) outside the template.
Saved as high resolution sketch.

Material deadline

Deadline for sketches:

No later than 5 weeks before the start of the campaign, the sketch must be sent to the responsible project manager at Bauer Media Outdoor.

Deadline original:‍

No later than 15 working days before the start of the campaign, the originals must be sent to us via link.

Delivery of materials

Delivery before printing: InDesign file and PDFs (exported according to our guide received in connection with booking), sent together with sketch. For InDesign files - keep the template and components in your own storage (packed folder with attached links and fonts).
