Material specifications

Approval by SL

All creative campaigns in SL's environment require approval from SL. Sketches of the campaign are sent according to the specified deadline to the responsible project manager at Bauer Media Outdoor... The sketches must not deviate from the original. In the event of any remarks, sketches must be adjusted and sent again for new approval.

After approval/remark from SL, the agency/client is notified by us. Once the sketches are approved by SL, no changes or adjustments can be made.

Original specification

• colour profile: CMYK Fogra 39 or Pantone Solid Coated
• Recommended resolution: Minimum 50 dpi at 1.1 scale
• Vectorised fonts and logos
• Embedded images
• 50 mm bleed at top and bottom (1:1 scale) outside the template
• Saved as high resolution sketch

Deadline for sketches and originals:‍

15 working days before the start of the campaign

Delivery of materials

Delivery before printing: InDesign file and PDFs (exported according to our guide received at the time of booking), sent together with sketch. For InDesign files - keep the template and components in your own storage (packed folder with attached links and fonts).
